Prolux Lighting 3 Year Warranty
Thank you for choosing Prolux Lighting for your lighting needs. We are com-
mitted to providing high-quality and reliable lighting solutions, and we back
our products with a 3-year warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

TERMS

WARRANTY PERIOD: Prolux Lighting warrants its products to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY COVERAGE: During the warranty period, Prolux Lighting will, at its discretion,
repair or replace any product found to be defective due to faulty materials or
workmanship. This warranty is applicable only to
products purchased from authorized Prolux Lighting distributors and used under normal
conditions.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse,
neglect, accidents, improper installation or handling, or natural disasters. The warranty is
also void if the product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Prolux
Lighting or an authorized representative.

CLAIMS: To make a warranty claim, you must contact Prolux Lighting customer service
within the warranty period. You will need to provide a copy of the original purchase
receipt, a description of the defect, and any other relevant information to support your
claim. Prolux Lighting will provide instructions for returning the product for evaluation
and will issue a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Prolux Lighting’s liability under this warranty is limited to the
cost of repairing or replacing the defective product. Prolux Lighting is not liable for any
incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of
business, or other economic damages.

GOVERNING LAW: This warranty is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes
arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved by the courts of New
Zealand.
